Project: OYO Hotels – 30 & 24 Sussex Gardens, London

Zeba Interiors was appointed to carry out a full-scale refurbishment of OYO Hotels located at 30 and 24 Sussex Gardens in central London. The project involved a complete strip-out of the outdated interiors, transforming all guest bedrooms and bathrooms as well as key communal areas.

The refurbishment included the installation of new flooring, complete redecoration, custom window dressings, upgraded beds, and coordinated soft furnishings—giving each room a fresh, modern and welcoming look. Bathrooms were fully renewed with contemporary fittings, tiling, and showers, significantly elevating the standard of guest accommodation.

In addition to the bedrooms, Zeba Interiors also redesigned and refurbished the reception area, dining room, and common areas, creating cohesive, functional, and stylish communal spaces that enhance the overall guest experience.
